Platform Use
NuclearCore provides software, marketplace discovery, network communication, document indexing, and decision-support tools for nuclear industry professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, permissions, export-control status, and safety implications of the information you submit or rely upon.
No Engineering Or Regulatory Approval
NuclearCore, DDT, Marketplace, Project Atlas, Network, and related AI outputs are informational decision-support tools only. They do not replace licensed engineering review, nuclear safety analysis, quality assurance, legal advice, procurement due diligence, export-control screening, regulatory approval, or site-specific operating procedures.
User Content And Conduct
You must not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, confidential third-party, controlled, classified, sanctioned, or unsafe content. You must not use the platform to bypass safeguards, violate export-control laws, share sensitive security information, harass users, spam suppliers, or misrepresent product qualifications.
Copyright, Upload Rights, And Platform License
All NuclearCore software, interface design, databases, workflows, source compilations, branding, documentation, and platform-generated organization are protected and all rights are reserved. By uploading files, posting articles, sharing links, sending messages, creating marketplace listings, or submitting any other content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content on NuclearCore and to allow NuclearCore to host, index, transform, summarize, search, display, and process it for platform operation, DDT retrieval, Marketplace discovery, Network communication, security, compliance, and support.
Marketplace And Network Interactions
Supplier records, pricing requests, product listings, messages, comments, and public-source intelligence are discovery signals. Buyers and sellers must independently verify RFQ terms, quality programs, NQA-1 or equivalent qualification, documentation packages, certifications, export-control obligations, sanctions restrictions, delivery promises, warranties, and regulatory requirements.
AI And Data Limits
AI-generated answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited indexed evidence. Users must verify cited sources and original documents before relying on any output for safety-critical, financial, legal, operational, procurement, licensing, or public communications decisions.
Accounts, Notifications, And Blocking
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. NuclearCore may provide in-app and email notifications. Users may adjust notification preferences and block unwanted communications where available.
Disclaimers And Liability
The platform is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NuclearCore disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service. NuclearCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, safety, operational, regulatory, procurement, lost-profit, or data-loss damages arising from platform use.
Changes
NuclearCore may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
